Ingredients

  • 2 piece hamburger buns.
  • 1 lb of ground beef or 1 kg of shredded chicken.
  • 4 leaves of lettuce.
  • 2 slice onions
  • 2 slice tomato (sliced)
  • 4 slices of mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon Oil.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste.
  • For the sauce:
  • 100 gr of ranch mostaneza
  • 50 gr of mustard mayo
  • 50 gr of milk cream
  • 8 gr of Dijon mustard
  • 10 gr of honey
  • 3 gr of parsley

Instructions

  • Divide the meat or chicken into four portions; add salt and pepper. Shape each portion into a ball and flatten it with the palm of your hand (If it is the ground meat you use).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and when it is hot, add the meats, roast them for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
  • While this time passes; Start assembling the hamburgers, open the bread in half. Place the lettuce leaves, the tomato slices. With the onion, we have two options, cut it into strips and put them in the hamburger or once cut, sauté them with a little honey. In both ways, it will taste delicious.
  • When the meats are going to be, place a slice of cheese on top of the meat so that it melts, leave it 1 minute and place it on top of the onion in the hamburger or if you use the shredded chicken it is time to place it, add the sauce Final or the sauces of your choice and cover the burger. You can put them on iron or microwave them for 1 minute. And ready.
  • For the sauce
  • Finely chop the parsley and place it in a bowl, along with the ranch mostaneza, mustard mayo, milk cream, Dijon mustard, honey, and stir until all the ingredients well integrated. And ready.
