Ingredients

  • 2 beef steaks
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 scallion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 3 grains of black pepper (crushed)
  • ½ glass of water
  • Salt to taste.
Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add water, portions of beef, tomato, scallion, garlic, pepper and salt to taste.
  • Let cook for 10 minutes on each side, until the sauce has almost entirely reduced.

Serve and enjoy.
