Ingredients

  • 1 a bit of angostura.
  • 2 ounces
  • 2 eggs white.
  • ½ juice of a lemon or less if you don’t like the bitter
  • 12 ice cubes
  • 2 maraschino cherry

Instructions

  • Enter the ice in a half shaker.
  • Add the egg white and the lemon juice and shakea (definition at the beginning of the post) mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes a foamy white.
  • Add angostura and whiskey and shakea again.
  • Serve whole and decorate with a maraschino cherry.

    Notes

    In this cocktail, it is essential to prepare one by one and not both at the same time, and in case of making it for someone else, I recommend the use of gloves due to the same mystery that whiskey has.
