Blackberry Juice

Preparing this juice is not at all complicated, and the best part is that you can prepare it with water or milk, and it will taste so good either way that you'll surely include it more often in your diet.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of blackberries.
  • 3 cups of water or milk.
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar.
  • 5 ice cubes.
  • A sprig of mint.

Instructions

  • Add the milk or water to the blender.
  • Add the blackberries, ice, and sugar.
  • Start blending so that all the ingredients integrate, approximately for about 2 minutes.
  • Once blended, strain the juice, this in order to remove those uncomfortable little seeds that remain when blending the blackberry.
  • Serve immediately, put mint leaves in the glass and enjoy.

    Notes

    • You can also prepare blackberry juice without milk, replace the milk with the desired amount of water.
