Ingredients

  • 300 g of lettuce.
  • 1 large ripe mango.
  • 1 red apple.
  • ½ teaspoon of salt.
  • Peanuts.

For the vinaigrette:

  • ¼ cup of lemon juice.
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
  • 100 g of chopped cilantro.
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  • ¾ cup of olive oil.

Instructions

  • Chop the lettuce, cut the mango and the apple into cubes, and mix them in a bowl.
  • For the vinaigrette, blend the lemon juice, vinegar, and cilantro until integrated. Then add the sugar, turn on the blender, and slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream. Blend until all ingredients are fully integrated.
  • Once the ingredients are chopped and mixed, add the vinaigrette to the salad and stir.
  • When serving, sprinkle a little bit of peanuts on top of the salad and voila.
