- 300 g of lettuce.
- 1 large ripe mango.
- 1 red apple.
- ½ teaspoon of salt.
- Peanuts.
For the vinaigrette:
- ¼ cup of lemon juice.
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
- 100 g of chopped cilantro.
- 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- ¾ cup of olive oil.
Chop the lettuce, cut the mango and the apple into cubes, and mix them in a bowl.
For the vinaigrette, blend the lemon juice, vinegar, and cilantro until integrated. Then add the sugar, turn on the blender, and slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream. Blend until all ingredients are fully integrated.
Once the ingredients are chopped and mixed, add the vinaigrette to the salad and stir.
When serving, sprinkle a little bit of peanuts on top of the salad and voila.
