- 1000 g of chicken wings.
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ cup of water
- 60 g of butter
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon mustard
- 1 clove of garlic
- ¼ onion
- Pepper.
- Chili powder optional.
Dissolve the salt and sugar in the water, and add the vinegar, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and chili powder, stir well, and reserve.
In a skillet over low heat, sauté the finely chopped garlic and onion until tender.
Add the sugar and pepper mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
