Ingredients

  • ½ cup of papaya peeled and seedless.
  • ½ cup of milk.
  • Sugar or honey to taste.
  • ½ cup of oat flakes.
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • Ice to taste.

Instructions

  • Add the papaya, milk, sugar or honey, oat flakes, and cinnamon to the blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Taste and adjust the flavor, then serve and add ice as desired.
