- ½ cup of papaya peeled and seedless.
- ½ cup of milk.
- Sugar or honey to taste.
- ½ cup of oat flakes.
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- Ice to taste.
Add the papaya, milk, sugar or honey, oat flakes, and cinnamon to the blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
