- 1 kg of ground beef
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 3 cups of blended tomato
- 1 cup of cooked carrot and peas
- 2 cups of pre-cooked potatoes chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- Oil
In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the beef and once it's browned, add the blended tomato, carrots, peas, pre-cooked potatoes, and bay leaves.
Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
Cook for about 15 minutes until the beef is well-cooked or to your desired level.
