Ingredients

  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 3 cups of blended tomato
  • 1 cup of cooked carrot and peas
  • 2 cups of pre-cooked potatoes chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Oil

Instructions

  • In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic.
  • Add the beef and once it's browned, add the blended tomato, carrots, peas, pre-cooked potatoes, and bay leaves.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes until the beef is well-cooked or to your desired level.

Serve hot.
