Ingredients

  • Curly lettuce to taste
  • 2 large cans of tuna or 4 small ones.
  • 4 warm hard-boiled eggs.
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes.
  • 1 avocado.
  • 1 red onion optional.

For the vinaigrette:

  • 40 g of oil.
  • 50 g of vinegar.
  • 20 g of honey.
  • 15 g of finely chopped olives.
  • 80 g of mayo mustard.
  • 2 grams of finely chopped parsley.
  • 15 g of cream.

Instructions

  • Take several lettuce leaves, fold them and pass the sharp knife to cut the lettuce into small juliennes.
  • Once cut, place it in a bowl.
  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs into thin slices and add them to the bowl.
  • The cherry tomatoes, cut them in half or simply put them whole in the bowl just like the avocado cut into thin strips.
  • If you want to add the onion, cut it into very thin juliennes and add it to the bowl.
  • Finally, take the tuna out of the can, drain the excess liquid, add to the bowl and stir with the other ingredients.

For the Vinaigrette:

  • In a bowl, add the oil, vinegar, honey, olives, mayo mustard, parsley, and cream, and with the help of a spoon or manual whisk, stir until all the ingredients are fully integrated.
  • Once the vinaigrette is ready, add it to the tuna salad.

Enjoy!
