Chicken or Beef Burger
Today I want us to prepare some delicious homemade burgers. I invite you to stay with us, because at the end of the recipe I will leave you the preparation of a sauce that you will only find here and that will be perfect to accompany our burger, and the best thing of all is that it is very healthy.

- 4 hamburger buns.
- 1 Kg of ground beef or 1 Kg of shredded chicken.
- 4 leaves of crepe lettuce.
- 2 egg onions.
- 1 tomato sliced.
- 4 slices of mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
- Oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
For the Sauce:
- 100 gr of ranch mustaneza
- 50 gr of mayo mustard
- 50 gr of cream
- 8 gr of Dijon mustard
- 10 gr of honey
- 3 gr of parsley
Divide the meat or chicken into 4 portions, add the salt and pepper. Shape each portion into a ball and flatten it with the palm of your hand (If you are using ground beef).
In a pan over medium heat, add a little oil and when it is hot, add the meats, roast them for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
While this time is passing, start assembling the burgers, open the bun in half, place the lettuce leaves, the tomato slices, and with the onion we have two options, cut it into strips and put them in the burger or once cut, brown them with a little honey, either way it will taste delicious.
When the meats are almost ready, place a slice of cheese on top of the meat so it starts melting, leave it for 1 minute and place it on top of the onion in the burger or if you use shredded chicken it's time to place it, add the final sauce or the sauces of your choice and cover the burger. You can put them on a grill or microwave them for 1 minute. And ready.
For the Sauce
Finely chop the parsley, and put it in a bowl, along with the ranch mustaneza, mayo mustard, cream, Dijon mustard, honey and stir until all the ingredients are well integrated. And ready.
