Ingredients

  • 5 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 3 celery stalks Optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel the tomatoes and cut them into smaller sections. Do the same with the celery stalks (if using) and add them to the blender.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste to the blender. Pour in a little water and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
