Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place the oil in the pan and turn the heat to medium. Crack the egg in half over the pan to start frying the egg.
  • After a minute, flip it so it can fry on the other side. Leave it for one more minute.
  • Remove it from the pan, add salt, garnish to your liking and enjoy.
