- 4 chicken breast fillets.
- 2 macerated cloves garlic.
- 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil.
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard to taste.
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste.
- ¼ cup of chicken broth.
In a bowl, place the fillets and sprinkle them. Add the garlic cloves, the orange juice, the mustard, the olive oil, the chicken broth, the spoon of soy sauce and the honey, mix very well and leave marinating for 20 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of oil to a pan, bring the breast fillets without the sauce and brown on both sides for about 8 minutes.
Include the sauce in which the chicken was marinated in the pan and let cook for 12 more minutes.
Serve the breasts and add the sauce on top. Accompany with rice or salad.
