Cook the pasta in a pot with water and salt for about 10 or 12 minutes after the water begins to boil. A time list, remove and reserve.
In a pan, place the butter to melt and add the flour, stir until well integrated. Be careful with the fire so that you are not going to burn.
Add the milk and stir until there are no lumps and the mixture begins to thicken.
Add the cheeses and the cream of milk to finish our sauce.
Let cook about 4 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, and then add the macaroni.
Mix well to integrate and warm, and serve immediately.
