Ingredients

  • 3 carrots
  • 3 beets
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • ½ onion
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Cilantro optional.

Instructions

  • Grate the carrot and beet and mix in a bowl
  • Cook the eggs in enough water for 15 minutes. Once cold, remove the peel, diced, and place in the bowl with the carrot and beet.
  • Chop the onion and add it to the bowl
  • Add the mayonnaise, rectify the salt, and stir so that all the ingredients integrated.
  • If you wish, you can add cilantro.
