Ingredients

  • 3 ounces of tequila.
  • 1 ounce of triple sec.
  • ounces of lemon juice.
  • 6 ice cubes.
  • Salt or sugar.
  • Lemon sliced.

Instructions

  • On the rim of the margarita glass, or the glass you're going to use for the cocktail, pass one of the cut lemons and then proceed to frost them with salt or sugar (remember, only the rim).
  • In a shaker (if you don't have one, use a blender), place the ice. Then add the tequila, the triple sec, and the lemon juice.
  • Shake the shaker until it's cold and frosted.
  • And serve the mixture in the glass, being very careful not to spoil the frosting.
  • It's up to you if you add the ice from the shaker or not and garnish with a slice of lemon.
