- 2 ripe avocados.
- 3 tablespoons of oil.
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- ½ cup of mayonnaise.
- ½ onion.
- 2 tablespoons of cilantro.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Chili hot sauce optional
Peel the avocados and remove the pit. Chop them and place in the blender with the oil and lemon juice. Blend.
Add the mayonnaise, onion, salt, pepper, and hot sauce if you're using it. Blend again.
Add the chopped cilantro and blend a bit more. And you're done.
