Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados.
  • 3 tablespoons of oil.
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise.
  • ½ onion.
  • 2 tablespoons of cilantro.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chili hot sauce optional

Instructions

  • Peel the avocados and remove the pit. Chop them and place in the blender with the oil and lemon juice. Blend.
  • Add the mayonnaise, onion, salt, pepper, and hot sauce if you're using it. Blend again.
  • Add the chopped cilantro and blend a bit more. And you're done.
