Ingredients

  • 8 bananas
  • 200 g of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar or to taste
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat the sugar with the butter until you get a soft cream. Reserve.
  • Apart, crush the bananas until they become mashed. When you get this texture, pass the mixture to the previous container where we have the sugar and beat everything together.
  • Then add the flour little by little and while stirring. Once all the flour integrates, add the baking powder, vanilla essence, and eggs. Continue beating until you have a creamy and smooth mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking sheet with a little flour, bake the cake for an hour at 170 ° C.
  • After this time, remove from the oven, let stand, portion and serve.
