- 8 bananas
- 200 g of butter
- 1 cup of sugar or to taste
- 2 cups of flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a bowl, beat the sugar with the butter until you get a soft cream. Reserve.
Apart, crush the bananas until they become mashed. When you get this texture, pass the mixture to the previous container where we have the sugar and beat everything together.
Then add the flour little by little and while stirring. Once all the flour integrates, add the baking powder, vanilla essence, and eggs. Continue beating until you have a creamy and smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into a baking sheet with a little flour, bake the cake for an hour at 170 ° C.
After this time, remove from the oven, let stand, portion and serve.
