Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
  • Strawberry syrup or sauce
  • Chocolate syrup or sauce
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Candy sprinkles
  • 1 wafer

Instructions

  • To make the whipped cream, in a bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a mixer, beat for about 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
  • Peel and slice the bananas lengthwise and place them in a dish.
  • Place two scoops of ice cream between the banana slices.
  • Cover the ice cream scoops and banana with whipped cream.
  • Drizzle with chocolate and strawberry sauces and decorate with candy sprinkles.
  • Finish by placing the wafer between the two scoops, and you're done.
