- 1 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
- Strawberry syrup or sauce
- Chocolate syrup or sauce
- ½ cup of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Candy sprinkles
- 1 wafer
To make the whipped cream, in a bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a mixer, beat for about 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
Peel and slice the bananas lengthwise and place them in a dish.
Place two scoops of ice cream between the banana slices.
Cover the ice cream scoops and banana with whipped cream.
