- 1½ pounds of beef.
- ½ cup onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 piece of red paprika.
- 2 cups tomato chopped
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- 5 potatoes peeled and sliced.
- ½ pound of cassava optional.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 cups of water
- Coriander.
In a pot with a little oil, add the finely chopped onion, chopped red paprika, and sauté until the onion becomes transparent.
Add tomatoes, garlic finely chopped, salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the meat, water, cassava, and cumin powder. Reduce heat and cook for about 40 minutes.
After this time, add the potato and the coriander and cook for 30 more minutes or until everything is soft.
And voila, you can serve with white rice and salad.
