Ingredients

  • pounds of beef.
  • ½ cup onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 piece of red paprika.
  • 2 cups tomato chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • 5 potatoes peeled and sliced.
  • ½ pound of cassava optional.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3 cups of water
  • Coriander.

Instructions

  • In a pot with a little oil, add the finely chopped onion, chopped red paprika, and sauté until the onion becomes transparent.
  • Add tomatoes, garlic finely chopped, salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add the meat, water, cassava, and cumin powder. Reduce heat and cook for about 40 minutes.
  • After this time, add the potato and the coriander and cook for 30 more minutes or until everything is soft.
  • And voila, you can serve with white rice and salad.
