Ingredients

  • 4 steaks of beef.
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 500 g of mushrooms.
  • ¼ cup of meat broth.
  • ¼ cup of milk cream.
  • Salt and pepper.

Instructions

  • In a skillet, heat two tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the beef, cumin, thyme, pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove the meat from the skillet.
  • In the same dish, add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms with the rest of the butter and cook over medium-high heat continually stirring, for about 4 or 5 minutes until the mushrooms are golden brown.
  • Add the meat broth and cook about four more minutes.
  • Add the meat, cream, salt, and pepper and simmer until the milk cream heated, without boiling, about 4 minutes.
  • Rectify the flavor and serve immediately.
