Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • 120 g of noodles
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pound chicken gizzards
  • ½ onion
  • A piece of celery.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Wash and cut chicken gizzards into small portions
  • In a pot with water, add the chicken gizzards and place to cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and the carrot, cut them into cubes or pieces, as you like, the carrot can be grated if desired.
  • After 5 minutes, add the previous ingredients to the pot, also add the carrot, the piece of celery, the noodles, pepper, and let cook until the potato is soft, about 15 minutes.
  • Then, lower the heat, rectify the flavor, and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy your meal!
