- 8 oranges.
- 2 cups of water.
- Ice cubes.
- Honey.
Peel the oranges, removing all the rind and the white pith so that only the pulp remains.
Once you've done this for all, cut them into 4 pieces and remove the seeds.
Add the orange pulp to the blender along with the water, sweeten with a bit of honey, and blend.
If desired, strain the juice to remove any remaining orange pulp.
Pour into glasses and add ice.
