Chicken Breasts with Creamy Spinach Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts.
  • 4 cups diced fresh spinach.
  • 200 g of Parmesan cheese mozzarella, etc.
  • ¼ onion finely chopped.
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped.
  • 250 g of milk cream.
  • One tablespoon of optional parsley.
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Cut the breast into slices and pepper.
  • In a skillet, add the breasts and cook each side for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from skillet and reserve.
  • In the same skillet, add a teaspoon of oil, onion, and garlic and sauté for two minutes. Add the spinach and sauté for four more minutes.
  • Add the cream, cheese and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes over medium-low heat.
  • When you notice that it has a creamy texture, add the chicken again and let it cook for three more minutes.
  • Serve hot and accompany with a serving of rice or salad.

    Notes

    If you want the sauce to be lighter, you can add a quarter cup of chicken broth when you add the cream.
