- 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 sprigs of long onion finely chopped
- ½ garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 pinch of ground pepper optional
- 2 teaspoons of oil
- Salt to taste
In a pan over medium heat, add the 2 teaspoons of oil, tomato, onion, garlic, pepper (if using), and salt to taste.
Sauté for about 7 minutes or until the onion is transparent, stirring constantly.
Serve and enjoy with patacones or arepas.
