Ingredients

  • 2 catfish fillets
  • 3 to matoes.
  • 100 g onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 160 ml of water.
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 pinch of cumin.
  • Salt and pepper.

Instructions

  • In a skillet with butter, sauté the onion cut into small cubes for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the diced tomato, finely chopped garlic, and simmer for a few minutes, salt and pepper.
  • Add the water and the catfish fillet seasoned with salt, pepper, and cumin. Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until the catfish is ready.
