What type of catfish used for this recipe?
In Colombia, generally, the sauce used for this fish is the Creole sauce or the famous stew, a typical sauce, and widely used in Colombian kitchens. I love stew, whether in the arepa, in potatoes, in beans and this case, even in fish, there is nothing more irresistible to me, so I have also decided to prepare this fish in sauce
How can we accompany this dish of catfish in sauce?
Nothing more delicious than to taste this dish with a good portion of white rice, if you wish, you can also accompany it with some patacones, a salad or some slices of avocado. The combination is to your liking, and if you attend this dish with a creamy juice, I think we would have the perfect lunch.
