Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Instructions

  • Simultaneously in another pot, cook the potatoes and carrot for 30 minutes over medium heat or until they are soft and drain the water.
