- 400 g of beef loin, tenderloin, tip of the hip, etc.
- Powdered herbs to taste.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
Divide the 400g of meat into two portions, wash it, add salt, pepper, and fine herbs to taste and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
In a grill or frying pan, add the two tablespoons of oil and heat on medium heat.
Add the two portions of meat and sauté for about 3 minutes on each side.
If you want it well done, let it sauté for about 4 or 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the meat.
After this time, remove and enjoy.
