Ingredients

  • 400 g of beef loin, tenderloin, tip of the hip, etc.
  • Powdered herbs to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons of oil.

Instructions

  • Divide the 400g of meat into two portions, wash it, add salt, pepper, and fine herbs to taste and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  • In a grill or frying pan, add the two tablespoons of oil and heat on medium heat.
  • Add the two portions of meat and sauté for about 3 minutes on each side.
  • If you want it well done, let it sauté for about 4 or 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the meat.
  • After this time, remove and enjoy.

Notes

  • All ingredients are optional, except beef. You can add salt to taste and bring it directly to the grill.
