- 3 ripe avocados.
- Juice of one lemon.
- 1 finely chopped egg onion.
- 2 tablespoons of cilantro.
- 3 warm eggs.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mayonnaise to taste.
- Chili or spicy optional.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and the peel.
Once done with all the avocados, place them in a bowl and mash them until a puree is formed. You can do this with a fork or a manual mixer.
Cook the eggs for 10 minutes, remove them from the heat, let them rest, peel and dice them, and add to the avocado puree.
Add the lemon juice, the finely chopped onion, the finely chopped cilantro, the mayonnaise, the salt and the pepper, and stir.
If you wish, add spicy to taste and stir again.
