Recipe 1
- 350 g milk.
- 300 g butter.
- 2 ½ tablespoons sugar.
Recipe 2
- 350 g milk.
- 150 g butter.
- 2 ½ tablespoons sugar.
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Method 1:
Place a pot on the stove on low heat. Add milk and butter, broken into small pieces. Stir continuously until the butter melts, ensuring the mixture doesn't boil.
Once the butter is melted, remove from heat and blend immediately. Blend for about 3 minutes or until the mixture becomes frothy.
Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
After refrigeration, add sugar, stir gently, and it's ready.
Method 2:
In a pot, add butter and milk and bring to medium heat. Add sugar and stir continuously.
Dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk and add it to the mixture, stirring constantly.
- If you want a shorter process of time, you can reduce the butter to one tablespoon and add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Bring to the heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
