Soursop is that powerful and allied fruit for our health. It is a tropical fruit rich in vitamins C, B1 and B2, and also with a high content of minerals, such as magnesium, potassium, copper, and iron, components that help strengthen our body.

It also stands out for its fiber content that accelerates the digestive process, making it ideal for weight loss. It is a fruit that contains very few calories, but for these properties to preserved, it recommended to drink soursop juice without sugar.

Ingredients

  • 300 g of soursop pulp
  • 2 cups of milk or water.
  • Sugar (honey or condensed milk to taste (Optional))
Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

  • Remove the seeds of the soursop pulp.
  • In the blender, add the pulp, milk, or water and the sweet if you are going to use it.
  • Proceed to liquefy until all the ingredients integrated.
  • If you want, you can strain it, if not, there is no problem.
  • If the pulp is at room temperature, you can add ice.
