How to make this delicious mango salad?

First, you must wash all the ingredients you are going to use very well, for this, wash each ingredient with plenty of water. Then, proceed to chop the lettuce, peel the mango and cut it into cubes, the apple if you wish you can remove the peel, otherwise, just cut it into cubes. Reserve.

Now, blend the lemon juice, vinegar, and cilantro until everything is integrated. Add the sugar, turn on the blender, and slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream. Blend until all ingredients are fully integrated.

Once the ingredients are chopped and integrated, add the vinaigrette to the salad and stir. When serving, put some peanuts on top of the salad and voila.

Ingredients

  • 300 g of lettuce.
  • 1 large ripe mango.
  • 1 red apple.
  • ½ teaspoon of salt.
  • Peanuts.

For the vinaigrette:

  • ¼ cup of lemon juice.
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
  • 100 g of chopped cilantro.
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  • ¾ cup of olive oil.
