Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 purple onion
  • The juice of 2 lemons.
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons coriander finely chopped.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Spicy sauce is optional.

Instructions

  • Cut the onion into a pen, that is, a skinny and thin cut, and add it to a bowl. If you want to take power off the onion a little, pour it in hot water for a few minutes.
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, peel and cut the avocado into cubes, and combine with the onion.
  • Also, add the lemon juice, coriander, oil, salt, and if you wish, hot sauce, and mix very well.
  • You can serve immediately or store it in the fridge until it used.
