- 4 steaks of beef.
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 500 g of mushrooms.
- ¼ cup of meat broth.
- ¼ cup of milk cream.
- Salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat two tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the beef, cumin, thyme, pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove the meat from the skillet.
- In the same dish, add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms with the rest of the butter and cook over medium-high heat continually stirring, for about 4 or 5 minutes until the mushrooms are golden brown.
- Add the meat broth and cook about four more minutes.
- Add the meat, cream, salt, and pepper and simmer until the milk cream heated, without boiling, about 4 minutes.
- Rectify the flavor and serve immediately.
