Slimming Tomato Juice
Tomato juice for being purifying helps correct digestion and thus improve the evacuation of liquids. Taking it for breakfast is recommended, but remember to supplement it with a good breakfast since your body also requires protein and carbohydrates.Español
- 5 tomatoes
- 3 celery stalks (Optional)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Remove the skin from the tomatoes, cut them into small portions, likewise the celery stalks (if you are using them) and add them to the blender.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste in the blender. Add some water and blend until you have a sauce.
- Serve and enjoy.
