Tomato juice

Tomato juice is a very healthy drink, drinking it in the morning benefits your health, since it contains antioxidants and is depurative, that is, it helps to have good digestion, which ultimately leads us to lose weight. It is good to take it regularly, but it should complement with a good breakfast.

Slimming Tomato Juice

Tomato juice for being purifying helps correct digestion and thus improve the evacuation of liquids. Taking it for breakfast is recommended, but remember to supplement it with a good breakfast since your body also requires protein and carbohydrates.

Ingredients

  • 5 tomatoes
  • 3 celery stalks (Optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Notas

This tomato juice or tomato sauce can also use to complement other dishes and give them flavor.

Instructions

  • Remove the skin from the tomatoes, cut them into small portions, likewise the celery stalks (if you are using them) and add them to the blender.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste in the blender. Add some water and blend until you have a sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy.
